missnowmanHello members. This is a topic I've wondered for quite a while for now if it should be discussed on the community or not, but because of the confusing situation it's quite difficult. However, since it's a confusing situation even to people who can stay updated with the Japanese fandom, it might be even more so to those who can't, so perhaps better to bring the issue up. Maybe not the best topic now that it has been 3 years since Mis Snow Man was originally created, but...
Well, Snow Man fans have been worried for a long time about the members not appearing together anymore. Abe, although still part of Johnny's juniors, is still absent because of his studies, and Sanada and Nozawa are appearing as noon boyz on Waratte Iitomo (although in places such as some newspapers, they have been referred as members of Mis Snow Man while working on Iitomo under the name of noon boyz). The name Mis Snow Man hasn't been mentioned for some time now though and some weeks ago the group name was even removed from TakiChannel, and now that SnowMan5 are working with Tackey in his latest Kakumei, it seems Tackey has introduced them as "former Snow Man". So from the looks of it, the chances that we are going to get Mis Snow Man back as a full group under that name don't really seem too likely anymore. (I have to say though, while it hurts to hear that Tackey said that, part of me is glad that Tackey acknowledges their past as Snow Man and the importance of it, instead of pretending it never existed.)
It is impossible to tell what the year will bring to us though. HOT SNOW will be released in less than two months from now, and it will be likely the group name will be mentioned in some of the extra material on it, or at the very least we should possibly have the members promoting it together. Also apparently Nozawa had said in the SZ handshaking event that they will have some surprise announcement in April, and seems Japanese fans think most likely possibilities could either be Abe being done with his studies and MSM getting back together, or NonSana concert. No matter how I'd wish for the first one, second one might be more possible. However unless NonSana are graduating from their position as Iitomo Seinentai, it would probably be very difficult for them to have concerts either. (Please note that these are only speculations and rumors, no official information!)
There is no knowing of whether noon boyz will be a permanent group or not, or at least permanent group name or not - TakiChannel does not acknowledge it in the birthday profiles but NonSana are marked with no group. This is also one of the reasons I think something like creating a separate community for noon boyz is not necessary at this point at least. We don't know how permanent it is, and creating several communities when groups change again would be difficult for everyone. At least until something more permanent is announced, let's consider that as a sub-unit of a kind. I'm aware this might be troublesome for new fans who don't know about Mis Snow Man, but I think for example TOP3 is a good example of how quickly things can be shuffled and changed.
It is likely Tackey will want to keep the rest of Snow Man members together and give them a new name (maybe after Abe is back?) so at least until some more permanent changes happen, Mis Snow Man community can still continue to support all the boys, whether noon boyz or nameless or whatever. At least let's wait what will happen with HOT SNOW release or the surprise in April - if anything we Snow Man fans are used to waiting. If noon boyz will remain permanent even after the boys graduate from Iitomo or if the other boys are given new name or something else, it might be then necessary to create new communities to make things clearer especially for the new fans (although I wouldn't mind keeping everything here ^^; especially if the boys are not shuffled together with others but just have smaller "sub-groups" it could work...), but for now, please do support all the boys here on the community, whether they are all together as one group now or not. Snow Man has a long history together during the time it has existed, and even before it, and even now that the group isn't officially together anymore, the boys still spend time together, as they keep mentioning in their interviews, so together on stage or not, the boys are still close with each other.
(Btw there still IS a Mis Snow Man 8 member birthday video for FC members to be shown on their birthdays, so the group has not been completely erased at least.)

PS. On a little more positive note, be sure to watch both Johnny's Countdown and Kouhaku Utagassen. Sanada and Nozawa got to sing on CD (posted on the community earlier) and Iwamoto, Fukka, Sakuma, Watanabe and Miyadate appeared on Tackey's stage pare. The five also danced for NYC at Utagassen and got to show their acrobatics like the year before too.

Whatever happens I hope this community will still follow them (8 members of MiS-SNOW MAN).
If they've got separated(which I'm neglecting that fact) I hope that we'll be able to still support them and I agree about having sub groups if my understandings are right...

my first reaction is, "WHY THE BOYS ARE GROUPLESS?"

There is a good block of time around May that's empty on Crea's schedule and I'm really hoping we get ABC-Z or at least junior shows of some kind again this year. Having a few of those shows be SanaZawa focused wouldn't be completely out of the question. It could be more of a weekend thing like the FujiKita cons even.
And yeah, I agree. It's better just to keep everything here for now. As long as you have noon boyz in the interests and talk about it in the profile I don't think it will be too hard for new fans to find this comm.

Even though they said Crea is gonna be about fresh juniors next year apparently, I doubt they're all gonna be the same since they never are so NonSana getting some would be very likely. (Speaking of weekends though, I wonder how CD would have been to NonSana if 1st day of Jan had been a weekday ^^;)
Yup, I added it in the interest and edited the profile so that it explains the current situation so I think as long as they at least don't shuffle any Snow Man members with other juniors to create new groups I think the comm will work fine like this for all the boys :3
