I’ve just subscribed to J web for their diaries recently and only discovered today that I can only view the recent 12 entries 😱😱😱

Does anyone have access to old entries for share?

Old posts automatically get removed when a new post goes up. They removed those kind of perks (member for longer = more old posts to see) with the upgrade to the new system last year.

Tl;dr: There's no way to access posts that are older than what is currently online directly on J-Web.
